Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We, at Casa by Armaana will only return products 14 days from the date of fulfilment (the day your order has been shipped). Returns will be accepted once approved via email at shop@casabyarmaana.com. 

NO exchanges.

We will only proceed with the refund if the product is in the exact same condition (including tags) it was sent to you by us. Any used, worn, or washed signs will result in no refund. Please allow us about 5-7 days to process your return and see if it is eligible for a refund or not. We have the right to refuse to fully refund if any signs of use are visible. Once your refund is accepted, you will be refunded within 7-10 business days. 

Our international customers are responsible for all custom and import duties that will be charged by your country for returns. We are not liable for any expenses.

Please note, that it is normal for products to have imperfections such as smudges or spots of color. As the products are handmade, the prints sometimes can vary in alignment.
